Service Charge

$125 for the first 50 miles

$1.25 a mile after first 50 miles

We charge an on-site service fee for our trip to you.  The farther we have to travel, the more the cost will be. We only charge for the trip and not a return trip if necessary.

If your RV is more than two miles off the pavement, there will be an additional $10.00 per unpaved mile.

Service Rate

We charge $150 per hour

for labor.

In most cases our labor rate is $150/hr (charged in hour increments), however, some things are a set flat rate because of the complexity and circumstances, like accessibility. Labor begins when we begin working after the initial diagnosis, which is generally within fifteen to thirty minutes.  We will always give an accurate estimate before we begin our work for you.

Once we get to your location, we will take a few minutes to have you demonstrate the issue you have reported on so we are all on the same page and put a plan together to get it resolved.  If we find other issues that come to our attention we will certainly point those out to you as well. Our customers tend to appreciate when we bring things to their awareness to save on a future service call or provide insight and education from our years of working on these systems.
